These include identifying spatial needs, sourcing existing real estate to meet those needs, and designing and constructing the space in line with your corporate values and brand.
KH3 manages these processes for you with an integrated system. We acquire in-depth knowledge of your culture, systems, people, and goals and assemble goal-focused creative teams to meet your needs and requirements.

• We conduct in-depth interviews with stakeholders to understand the spatial needs of your project in relation to your systems, team, vision, and brand. We examine requirements such as space dimensions, furniture, IT, audio-visual and telephony requirements, mechanical, electrical, and branding.
• We assist you with outlining your goals for the commercial space you need in line with a clear budget and timelines.
• We identify and present real estate options that meet these goals and remain within your budget.
• From layout to choice of furniture, we work with you to design and fit-out the space within your budget and realistic timelines.

PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

There are immense benefits of managing a group of related projects such as bank branches, or customer service outlets and more so in a coordinated coherent manner. Benefits of which are not readily available when they are managed individually. These individual projects are grouped into a Program and are positioned to yield economies of scale, implement standards, establish a corporate look-and-feel as well deliver flexibility and efficiencies.
Whether it is to help establish your brand or reinforce the already high standards of an established brand, our roll-out process reduces inefficiencies, delivers flexibility, reduces your cost and sets your organization apart. We are able to help identify projects that should be grouped as a Program, determine individual projects that should be included in the Program and outline and implement a Program Management Strategy.
HOW WE HELP
• Through a detailed interview process we determine the nature of your related projects and the inherent value in grouping them as a Program of Projects.
• We work with you to draw up a detailed Program that identifies all the projects under the Program and establishes the scope for each project as well as the entire Program. Through this process we establish performance standards, resource requirements and set controls.
• We build test models and evaluate the process and end product to ensure it is fit for purpose.
